Adam DeWitt

Adam DeWitt is the chief executive officer of Grubhub where he leads all functions across the U.S. business. Prior to this role, Adam was Grubhub’s president and chief financial officer. During his tenure of more than a decade at the company, Grubhub’s annual revenues grew from $20 million to more than $2 billion, and he led the company through its initial public offering in 2014. Before joining Grubhub, Adam was the CFO of publicly-held optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of Ritchie Bros. (NYSE: RBA) and The Joffrey Ballet. Adam has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
