Adam DeWitt, Chief Executive Officer
Adam DeWitt is the chief executive officer of Grubhub where he leads all functions across the U.S. business. Prior to this role, Adam was Grubhub’s president and chief financial officer. During his tenure of more than a decade at the company, Grubhub’s annual revenues grew from $20 million to more than $2 billion, and he led the company through its initial public offering in 2014. Before joining Grubhub, Adam was the CFO of publicly-held optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of Ritchie Bros. (NYSE: RBA), The Joffrey Ballet and Fathom Digital Manufacturing Corp. (NYSE: FATH). Adam has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Dartmouth College.
Adam Patnaude, Chief Financial Officer
Adam Patnaude is chief financial officer at Grubhub. In this role, he oversees all areas of financial planning and analysis, data analytics, business operations analysis, and accounting. Adam brings over 20 years of industry experience to this role, and he joined Grubhub in 2016. Before his promotion to chief financial officer, he oversaw Grubhub’s corporate development and investor relations efforts, including the overall strategy and execution for the company’s acquisitions, partnerships and investments. Prior to Grubhub, Adam led investor relations and corporate development at Orbitz Worldwide before its acquisition by Expedia and was a vice president at Goldman Sachs. Adam received an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree cum laude in business administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Eric Ferguson, Chief Operations Officer
Eric Ferguson is chief operations officer at Grubhub. Prior to this role, Eric served as senior vice president of logistics, where he oversaw Grubhub’s driver network, delivery operations and customer care function. Eric has more than 15 years of experience in the field and previously worked at Amazon for more than a decade in its transportation department. He also worked for Sears Holdings Corporation, where he led its supply chain, inventory management and product sourcing department. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
Maggie Drucker, Chief Legal Officer
Maggie Drucker serves as chief legal officer at Grubhub. Prior to this role, she served as vice president and general counsel of Seamless North America LLC, before it merged with Grubhub. Previously, Maggie served as senior vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. Prior to that, Maggie worked for seven years as an attorney at The New York Times Company. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brown University and a JD from New York University School of Law.
Kelley Berlin, Chief Human Resources Officer
Kelley Berlin serves as chief human resources officer at Grubhub. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she leads all aspects of Grubhub’s people strategy with an emphasis on driving the highest levels of engagement across the organization. Kelley is laser focused on shaping the culture to support Grubhub’s rapid growth by fostering diverse collaboration across the company and creating an authentically fun work environment. Prior to Grubhub, she was senior vice president of HR and global talent initiatives for 14 years at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), the leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights for consumer packaged goods companies. She also held leadership roles at The Registry Stores Inc. and Montgomery Ward. Kelley received a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School.
Greg Russell, Chief Technology Officer
Greg Russell is chief technology officer at Grubhub. He has more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries including electronics manufacturing, retail, government and consumer. Prior to Grubhub, Greg oversaw Cisco’s software operations and served as Amazon’s corporate CIO where he led an 800+ person engineering team. He also oversaw the corporate IT group at Visa and served as the CTO of Sears. Greg was honored in Crain’s Chicago Business’ Tech 50 in 2019. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bell College of Technology.
