Howard Migdal

Chief Executive Officer

Howard Migdal is the chief executive officer of Grubhub where he leads all aspects of the business, including Grubhub’s network of millions of diners and hundreds of thousands of restaurants and delivery partners. Howard also serves as the executive vice president of North America for Just Eat Takeaway.com, Grubhub’s parent company. His North America segment responsibilities include oversight for SkipTheDishes in Canada in addition to his role as CEO of Grubhub in the U.S. He was previously chief executive officer of SkipTheDishes where he played a critical role in driving growth for the food delivery network, which is the largest in Canada. Howard was responsible for leading the company’s operational and strategic initiatives for more than four years as the company’s chief operating officer before being appointed chief executive officer. He brings more than 16 years of experience in food delivery, having co-founded GrubCanada, Canada’s first national food delivery platform in 2008.

Maggie Drucker

Chief Legal Officer

Maggie Drucker serves as chief legal officer at Grubhub. Prior to this role, she served as vice president and general counsel of Seamless North America LLC, before it merged with Grubhub. Previously, Maggie served as senior vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. Prior to that, Maggie worked for seven years as an attorney at The New York Times Company. Maggie holds a bachelor’s degree in history and economics from Brown University and a JD from New York University School of Law.

Ariella Kurshan

Chief Marketing Officer

Ariella Kurshan is the chief marketing officer of Grubhub. In this role, she leads all marketing functions spanning brand, performance marketing and CRM. She also oversees revenue management and analytics, driving both top-line and bottom-line growth. Prior to joining Grubhub, Ariella served as vice president of performance marketing at Capital One, leading and executing the company’s credit card acquisition strategy. Prior to marketing, Ariella worked in consumer credit policies & underwriting, as the GM leading the company’s largest business line. She has a diverse range of expertise across marketing, revenue management, behavioral and valuation modeling, and product development. Ariella received a bachelor’s degree in economics, industrial engineering, and operations research from Columbia University.

Adam Patnaude

Chief Financial Officer

Adam Patnaude is chief financial officer at Grubhub. In this role, he oversees all areas of financial planning and analysis, data analytics, business operations analysis, and accounting. Adam brings over 20 years of industry experience to this role, and he joined Grubhub in 2016. Before his promotion to chief financial officer, he oversaw Grubhub’s corporate development and investor relations efforts, including the overall strategy and execution for the company’s acquisitions, partnerships and investments. Prior to Grubhub, Adam led investor relations and corporate development at Orbitz Worldwide before its acquisition by Expedia and was a vice president at Goldman Sachs. Adam received an MBA with honors from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree cum laude in business administration from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.

Abhishek “PJ” Poykayil

Vice President, Logistics

Abhishek “PJ” Poykayil is vice president of Grubhub’s logistics organization. PJ oversees Grubhub’s delivery operations and ensures our network runs smoothly so we can meet diner, merchant and driver expectations by providing a seamless delivery experience. PJ has more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including travel, hospitality and retail. Prior to Grubhub, PJ led data and analytics initiatives for Amazon’s grocery business and managed Wyndham Worldwide’s global analytics and revenue management teams. PJ received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bharathiar University and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.

Steve Puchala

Steve Puchala

Senior Vice President, Restaurant Network

Steve Puchala is the senior vice president of Grubhub’s restaurant network. In this role, he oversees the restaurant sales, account management and support teams and is focused on growing Grubhub’s network of partners so every diner can find the restaurants they love on the Grubhub platform. Prior to this role, Steve held the same role at Grubhub’s sister company in Canada, SkipTheDishes. Most recently, Steve was the interim CEO of SkipTheDishes, where he focused on expanding the company’s offerings beyond food delivery with key verticals including flowers, pet supplies and alcohol. Steve received a bachelor’s degree in technology and computer science from Toronto Metropolitan University and an MBA from Queens University.

Greg Russell

Chief Technology and Product Officer

Greg Russell is chief technology and product officer at Grubhub. He has more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries including electronics manufacturing, retail, government and consumer. Prior to Grubhub, Greg oversaw Cisco’s software operations and served as Amazon’s corporate CIO where he led an 800+ person engineering team. He also oversaw the corporate IT group at Visa and served as the CTO of Sears. Greg was honored in Crain’s Chicago Business’ Tech 50 in 2019. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bell College of Technology.

Dave Tovar

Senior Vice President of Communications and Government Relations

Dave Tovar is the senior vice president of communications and government relations for Grubhub. He is responsible for all external and internal communications, including consumer public relations, policy communications, brand reputation, crisis and issues management and employee communications. He also oversees the company’s political, legislative and regulatory agenda at the federal, state and local levels. Prior to Grubhub, Dave served as the chief corporate relations officer for McDonald’s USA. Earlier in his career, he was the chief communications officer at Walmart and Sprint. He serves on the board of advisors for the University of Southern California’s Annenberg Center for Public Relations and the dean’s leadership council for the University of South Carolina’s College of Information and Communications. Dave received a bachelor’s degree from the University of Delaware.

Michael Wireko

Vice President, Care

Michael Wireko is vice president of Grubhub’s customer care function. In this role, Michael oversees the team on the front lines handling service and support for Grubhub’s customers, including diners, merchants, drivers and corporate clients. Michael has held a variety of finance, analytics and care team leadership roles in his decade of experience at Grubhub. Prior to Grubhub, Michael worked in the finance industry at Discover Financial Services where he oversaw compliance, cost reduction and revenue generation efforts. Michael received a bachelor’s degree in business administration from The Ohio State University.
