Howard Migdal is the chief executive officer of Grubhub where he leads all aspects of the business, including Grubhub’s network of millions of diners and hundreds of thousands of restaurants and delivery partners. He was previously chief executive officer of SkipTheDishes where he played a critical role in driving growth for the food delivery network, which is the largest in Canada. Howard was responsible for leading the company’s operational and strategic initiatives for more than four years as the company’s chief operating officer before being appointed chief executive officer. He brings more than 16 years of experience in food delivery, having co-founded GrubCanada, Canada’s first national food delivery platform in 2008.

Katie Armistead leads the legal team at Grubhub. Prior to this role, she served as Grubhub’s vice president of legal and deputy general counsel. Katie has been at Grubhub for more than seven years and manages Grubhub’s various legal risks. Before Grubhub, Katie was an associate at the international law firm of Jones Day. Katie holds a bachelor’s degree in economics from Johns Hopkins University and a JD from Columbia Law School.

Nidhin George is the senior vice president of product at Grubhub. In this role, Nidhin oversees the product and design efforts for all three sides of the Grubhub Marketplace, including customers, drivers and merchants. Prior to Grubhub, Nidhin spent 17 years at Amazon where he scaled various business units like the device business (Alexa), fulfillment by Amazon, and logistics products. Nidhin holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from Mahatma Gandhi University and an MBA from Oklahoma State University.   

Abhishek “PJ” Poykayil is senior vice president of operations. PJ oversees Grubhub’s delivery operations and ensures our network runs smoothly so we can meet diner, merchant and driver expectations by providing a seamless delivery experience. PJ has more than 20 years of experience across multiple industries, including travel, hospitality and retail. Prior to Grubhub, PJ led data and analytics initiatives for Amazon’s grocery business and managed Wyndham Worldwide’s global analytics and revenue management teams. PJ received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Bharathiar University and a master’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Virginia Tech.
