Matt Maloney , , , Chief Executive Officer

Matt Maloney is founder and CEO of Grubhub. Under Matt's leadership, Grubhub has grown its active diner network to more than 31 million users who can order from more than 300,000 takeout restaurants in over 4,000 cities. He led the company through five rounds of investment funding, a 2013 merger with Seamless and a 2014 initial public offering. Matt currently serves as an advisory board member for The University of Chicago Booth School of Business Polsky Center for Entrepreneurship and a member of ChicagoNEXT, an organization dedicated to driving growth and opportunity in the Chicago business community. He also serves on the board of directors of the Museum of Science and Industry in Chicago. Matt was named one of America's most powerful CEOs 40 and under in Forbes Magazine in 2016 and one of the top 50 business people of 2014 by Fortune Magazine. He holds a bachelor's degree from Michigan State University and two master's degrees, including an MBA, from the University of Chicago.

Adam DeWitt , , , President and Chief Financial Officer

Adam DeWitt is the president and CFO of Grubhub. During his tenure, Grubhub’s annual revenues have grown from $20 million to more than $1.8 billion, and he led the company through its initial public offering in 2014. Before joining Grubhub, Adam was the CFO of publicly-held optionsXpress Holdings, Inc. He is a member of the board of directors of Ritchie Bros. (NYSE: RBA) and The Joffrey Ballet. Adam has a bachelor's degree in economics from Dartmouth College.

Sam Hall , , , Chief Product Officer

Sam Hall serves as chief product officer at Grubhub and brings deep experience and leadership to his role executing Grubhub’s platform strategy and expanding its product vision. Prior to joining Grubhub, Sam was chief product and technology officer of ClassPass, leading the company’s engineering, product and design teams. Previously, he spent nearly 10 years at Amazon, serving as vice president of consumable customer experience and vice president of mobile. Sam has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of the Pacific and an MBA from the University of Washington.

Maggie Drucker serves as chief legal officer at Grubhub. Prior to the merger with Grubhub, she served as vice president and general counsel of Seamless North America LLC. Previously, Maggie served as senior vice president and senior deputy general counsel at Martha Stewart Living Omnimedia Inc. Prior to that, Maggie worked for seven years as an attorney at The New York Times Company. Maggie holds a bachelor's degree in history and economics from Brown University and a JD from New York University School of Law.

Kelley Berlin , , , Chief Human Resources Officer

Kelley Berlin serves as chief human resources officer at Grubhub. With more than 20 years of industry experience, she leads all aspects of Grubhub's people strategy with an emphasis on driving the highest levels of engagement across the organization. Kelley is laser focused on shaping the culture to support Grubhub’s rapid growth by fostering diverse collaboration across the company and creating an authentically fun work environment. Prior to Grubhub, she was senior vice president of HR and global talent initiatives for 14 years at Information Resources Inc. (IRI), the leading provider of big data, predictive analytics and insights for consumer packaged goods companies. She also held leadership roles at The Registry Stores Inc. and Montgomery Ward. Kelley received a bachelor’s degree from Northern Illinois University and an MBA from Keller Graduate School.

Seth Priebatsch , , , Chief Revenue Officer

Seth Priebatsch is chief revenue officer at Grubhub. Seth and his team are steadfastly focused on ensuring that Grubhub provides the best possible service to diners, drivers and especially our restaurant partners – from the biggest brands in the world to your local favorites. Previously, Seth founded Boston-based LevelUp after dropping out of Princeton University. LevelUp became a leader in the enterprise restaurant technology space and was acquired by Grubhub in 2018. LevelUp was consistently one of the Boston Business Journal's Best Places to Work, and Seth was named one of the Boston Business Journal's 40 Under 40 in 2019, after appearing on 30 Under 30 lists from Forbes, Business Insider and Inc. earlier in his career.

Eric Ferguson , , , Chief Operations Officer

Eric Ferguson is chief operations officer at Grubhub. Prior to this role, Eric served as senior vice president of logistics, where he oversaw Grubhub’s driver network, delivery operations and customer care function. Eric has more than 15 years of experience in the field and previously worked at Amazon for more than a decade in its transportation department. He also worked for Sears Holdings Corporation, where he led its supply chain, inventory management and product sourcing department. Eric received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Greg Russell , , , Chief Technology Officer

Greg Russell is chief technology officer at Grubhub. He has more than 25 years of experience across multiple industries including electronics manufacturing, retail, government and consumer. Prior to Grubhub, Greg oversaw Cisco’s software operations and served as Amazon’s corporate CIO where he led an 800+ person engineering team. He also oversaw the corporate IT group at Visa and served as the CTO of Sears. Greg was honored in Crain’s Chicago Business’ Tech 50 in 2019. He received a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Bell College of Technology.

Devry Boughner Vorwerk , , , Chief Corporate Affairs Officer

Devry Boughner Vorwerk serves as chief corporate affairs officer at Grubhub where she oversees government relations and public policy, communications, sustainability, and brand. Devry is responsible for developing a cohesive brand voice and fostering relationships across government, industry, and civil society to help drive growth and promote Grubhub’s continued commitment to supporting restaurants, drivers and diners. Prior to Grubhub, she served as the founder and chief executive officer of DevryBV Sustainable Strategies and as chief communications officer and head of global corporate affairs for Cargill. Earlier, Devry served as chief economist for the chairman of the U.S. International Trade Commission and senior economist in agricultural affairs at the Office of the U.S. Trade Representative. She has bachelor’s and master’s degrees in agricultural economics from the University of California at Davis and Cornell University.
